I'm from finland so I aplogize if my english is bad*frown*

You can see more pictures in Photobucket:

Thanks guys, it has taken a lot of time already, hope that I can get it to paintshop soon.

I have to say that this is very good forum, VERY nice cars here and a lot of information.

I'm now buying the engine parts, so does anyone have experiences about MED ST3 Camshaft kits with T3 turbo cam. I think that it's almost the same as the Avonbar Phase 2 turbo cam?

Last week, I made the bulkhead box for the turbo. I hope it's enough space for the turbo assembly. I also fitted brake pedal assembly so that I can see how deep the box could be.

Hi,
Looking good. :)
Usually the right hand side of the bulkhead cross member is cut off at 45 degrees to allow clearance to the air intake pipe. If you look at others on here you'll see what I mean.
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Yes I know that it would be better to cut the right hand side cross member in 45 deg angle, but it's not so easy because the brake pedal assembly is in right side as well as th clutch master cylinder. I guess I have to arrange intake pipe some other way?

I finalize my bulkhead box and seam welded it. It is made of 2mm steel so I think it is even stronger that original bulkhead. I also cutted the crossmember and made it as thin as possible so that I can still but the clutch master cylinder and brake pedal assy to it. I hope there is now enough space for turbo actuator and intake pipe...

Here is one picture about it

Dont use those washers on your centre main. They dont look hardened.

Dont know what your plans are but i noticed uve cleaned the welds back on the bulkhead box. With a slight skim of filler you can actually make the joins invisible. I did it with mine and if people didnt know any better they wouldnt know it wasnt fitted from factory.

Ok, I have to find hardened washers to the CMS, thanks for that information.

I was planning to use filler for all the visible seams that I have welded.
