My friend Andreas offered me to create a special page about my projects on his server.
We had some complaints that his page is only in German, so we decided to write in English. (altough my Englisch is more of the "German style".)

I hope you will like it..

Thanks for your comments; oil squirters are from BMW; the whole block was heated to about 200°C before welding on the ears;
Jimster - your car is already running, mine not.

Hey Harry,,, just so i`m on track with your cooling design, where are you going to be taking the weater "Out" from the engine, i see you are dry decking (by the looks of things) & it looks like you will be using an electric water pump etc, but it also loooks like you have welded up the water outlet on the front of the cyl head, so where will you fit the new outlet? It looks like yoy don`t have much room left in the original spot, & i was thinging it seems there is plenty of room for an outlet in the lower half of your front cyl head plate area, Yeah???
cheers

I did not to do a real dry deck - I left some smale holes to let air escape from the block into the head, but the main water flow will be like on a drydeck setup.
I welded up the original head water outlet and will move it just higher up near the same position - not to have some air pockets in the head. (Seems that I am a little afraid of air pockets anywhere in the angine....)
An electric water pump will be used...I am now designing the water pump plate with the inlet stub and cam belt tensioner...billet of course.. *smiley*
